This process only needs to be completed once in an athlete's playing career. Returning athletes do not need to resubmit this documentation

After succesfully registering...

You will receive two emails to the email that you used in registration.

Confirmation of successful registration
An email from “info@yhsverification.rugby"

In the Second email...

Find and select the link at the bottom labeled "Click Here to Complete the Process"

Upload Documents

After clicking the link, find and select "Upload File"

Upload an official form of Government ID such as Birth Certificate, Driver's License, or Passport

Submission Review and Confirmation

Once submitted, documents are reviewed. If upload is successful, a confirmation email will be sent. If upload is unsuccessful, email will be sent explaining why.
